Campanha Ilustrada de Endomarketing
Ilustração e Design: Davy Sell | Ano: 2026 | Local: Florianópolis, SC - Brasil | Desenvolvido para: Agência Cingu®
Contexto & Desafios

Context & Challenges
Year-end is usually when a brand looks inward. For the Cingulares (as the Cingu team calls itself), the idea was to turn that moment into an illustrated campaign where the identity shows up through warmth rather than an institutional tone.
The peacock became a character, drawn with a handmade line, texture, and brush lettering, and unfolded into pieces made to be used and kept. There are 10 WhatsApp stickers born from inside jokes like "absolute branding" and "virou pastelaria?" ("did this turn into a pastry shop?"), and a fan featuring the peacock's open tail that becomes a physical gift for each person. Plus, a postcard with a handwritten message and a metal keychain with the embossed logo and enamel symbol complete this one-of-a-kind kit.
